Helping You Live Well, Not Just Feel Better

Why Choose To Work With Me

I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging moments with warmth, clarity, and resilience.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of medical experience, I have sat in the quiet corners of exam rooms, navigated the chaotic hallways of medical crises, and held space for families experiencing anxiety, dementia, cancer, other complex medical conditions, and loss.

I know the specific, crushing exhaustion that comes with being the strong one. I know the quiet guilt of wishing for a moment of peace, the sharp anxiety of waiting for the next update, and the profound grief of watching someone you love change before your eyes.

Over my 18 years in practice, I have realized that while the patient receives the medical treatments, the caregiver is often left to absorb the emotional shockwaves entirely alone.

I founded this private practice to change that.

My Background:

I’m a multi-generational Vermonter with farming roots and world explorations who loves to create art, eat good food, and practice what I preach.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work at University of Vermont in 2008 and my Clinical License in 2011.

Before entering private practice, I worked at the UVM Medical Center for 16 years providing care to individuals experiencing cancer, neurologic conditions, anxiety, depression, and grief.

I use she/her pronouns.

I’m proud to be a member of the following professional organizations:
